Bard Boys is proudly rooted in Oxnard, California, a city known for its resilience, diversity, and strong sense of community. Built with intention and heart, Bard Boys is more than a dispensary; it’s a hometown investment designed to serve, uplift, and grow alongside the people of Oxnard.

Founded by Ronney Jenkins, Bard Boys represents a full-circle journey of a local who never forgot where he came from. Born in Los Angeles and raised in Oxnard, Ronney developed his work ethic, discipline, and competitive spirit in the community that continues to shape him. Opening Bard Boys in Oxnard was not simply a business decision, it was a deeply personal one.

Ronney attended Hueneme High School, where he quickly distinguished himself as an exceptional athlete and record-breaking football player. His standout performance at the high school level laid the foundation for a decorated football career built on perseverance, discipline, and leadership.

He went on to attend Brigham Young University (BYU) and later Northern Arizona University (NAU), where he continued to excel on the field and set notable collegiate records. Ronney’s success at the collegiate level led him to the professional stage, where he fulfilled his lifelong dream of playing in the National Football League (NFL).

Ronney played professionally for the San Diego Chargers, Oakland Raiders, and New Orleans Saints, gaining national recognition for his athleticism, work ethic, and determination. His years in professional football shaped his leadership style and reinforced the values of accountability, teamwork, and community, principles that now guide Bard Boys.

After his time in the NFL, Ronney shifted his focus toward entrepreneurship and community impact. Bard Boys reflects the same dedication and excellence that defined his football career, now applied to creating a compliant, welcoming, and community-centered dispensary experience.

Giving back is a core value of Bard Boys. Ronney is committed to reinvesting in the City of Oxnard through thoughtful community involvement and long-term initiatives focused on supporting local youth and families. His vision is to help create opportunity, stability, and positive growth by strengthening the community that has played such an important role in his life.
